Here are two examples of before and after images that show what a difference professional photography can make. In the first example the room is dark and not welcoming. The windows are ‘blown out’ (over exposed). Dark and gloomy images make a property harder to sell – buyers are less likely to show interest and that could result in a lower sale price for the seller.You can use the little slider to shift between the two images.
In the second example the home is leaning backward and this very important main exterior photo shows the house as dark and lacking detail.

There are several steps that your images go through in post production including –
I make sure your houses don’t look as if they have leaning or distorted walls, making corrections where needed to ensure that vertical surfaces are in fact vertical.
I colour correct my images to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Bear in mind that everyone’s monitor displays things slightly differently so colours can vary from screen to screen.
Time permitting, at no extra cost, I will replace skies on front shots of homes if the weather is dull or uninviting. This means that even if I shot the home on a grey day you will likely receive a front shot of the home that shows blue skies.
My home base is Kanata South. I cover the areas of Ottawa West and South, as well as from Arnprior north to Dunrobin, to Manotick in the South , to Richmond, Almonte and Carleton Place. Travel fees may apply if I travel out of my regular area. I will inform you at the time of booking if a travel fee applies.
